Here to update your regarding the club's events before the GENTING TRIP Hahas!
First would be CADC month which is a two-day event..
19th Dec: We'll meet at outram MRT at 10am and it will be $5 per person..
26th Dec: We'll meet in club at 1 pm and it will be $10 per person..
and please reply your attendance to Jingqi oh..For any enquiries, do contact WengXian or QiaoYan =)Next up would be Christmas Gathering organised by Welfare comm..it will be on the 23rd of Dec (Wednesday), time and venue to be comfirmed but do keep that day free yeah! =D

Hello GAIA!! Hahas i'm here to update your on the upcoming genting trip.. Date: 28 Dec 2009 -30 Dec 2009 Venue: Genting HighLand @ First world hotel (5 rooms no worries =D Time: 28th: we'll meet at 5.55am at CCK (outside Gain City) 30th: we'll leave Genting at 1.15pm..Please do not be late as the bus will not wait for anyone yeah. Attendance:- JingQi, Jamie, XinLei, QiaoYan, Carlyn, YenCeen, Oscar, GanJoo, Nigel, Edmund, Nick, ChinGee, Lionel, Victor, ZhongWei and Farris Total pax @ Departure-15 pax (yenceen will be meeting us at genting) Arrival- 14pax (Qiaoyan and yenceen will not be coming back with us) For the cost, it will be a total of $2010.00 The breakdown will be as follows: 5rooms + 28seater = (5 X280) + (4 X 70) + 40 = 1720*$280 - cost of one room with 2 bus tickets *$70- cost of one twoway bus ticket *$40-cost of one oneway bus ticket As we have decided to upgrade the bus to a 24/18 seater (depends on our luck but minimum will be 24 seaters), it will be additional $20 for 2way and $10 for one way.. Total: $1720 + ($20 X 14) + $10 = $2010 Individual costYenceen-$43.75 (coz yc meeting us in genting, she will not be taking the transport) Qiaoyan-$93.75 ($43.75+ $40 + $10) (this is for the hotel and oneway bus tickets)
The rest-$133.75 (it will be for the bus tix and hotel) ($2010 - $43.75 -$93.75)/14) Remainder- $6.25 X 16 = $100..
Oh and i'm very sorry about it that this package does not include the theme park and breakfast..erm we can use the S$100 for the tickets then the remainder just top up..hehe erm really sorry about it.. =( Things to bring would be all those necessity, money, passport and a pen (need your to fill up smt) and stuff that your wish to bring etc.. *the white card that your need for entry into malaysia is with me le..pass to your on that day yeah or those who wish to collect it earlier can get from me *oh and i will change the S$100 into ringgit for your..no worries*Do ensure that your passport have a validity of 6 months and above. *Do not be late on the 28th yeah (maybe can go somebody hse the night before) Hehe that should be all..thanks thanks =DGaia o8/o9
